New Vision Programs

Our New Vision programs are one-year advanced programs for seniors that give students the chance to explore career options within a field. Programs available include New Vision Education (available in Malone and Saranac Lake), New Vision Government and Law (available in Malone), and New Vision Health Care Exploration (available in Malone and Saranac Lake).

Virtual Torch Academy

FEH BOCES’s Virtual Torch Academy is an online learning school for middle and high school students.

FEH BOCES runs a variety of instructional programs for high school and adult students in Franklin, Essex, and Hamilton counties at Adirondack Educational Center (AEC) and North Franklin Educational Center (NFEC).

FEH BOCES Code of Conduct

The Franklin‑Essex‑Hamilton BOCES Code of Conduct establishes expectations for behavior, outlines rights and responsibilities, and defines procedures for maintaining a safe, orderly, and supportive learning environment. It applies to all students, staff, parents, and visitors on school property or at school functions.
