Franklin-Essex-Hamilton BOCES warmly welcomes Lori Tourville, our new Assistant Superintendent of Instruction & Instructional Support. Ms. Tourville comes to us from Chateaugay Central School District, where she served as the HS Principal and CSE Chairperson. Prior to her work in Chateaugay, Ms. Tourville served in various administrative roles in the Malone Central School District. We are excited that she has joined our team in this new position, and look forward to her sharing her skills and knowledge as she helps light the way to our future.

Franklin-Essex-Hamilton BOCES warmly welcomes Dale Breault, our new District Superintendent. Mr. Breault returns to Franklin County after several years as Director of the Northeast Regional Information Center (NERIC), a resource for cooperative educational technology services and support across a seven BOCES region. Before NERIC, Mr. Breault was with the Chateauguay Central School District, originally as a music teacher, and then as principal and superintendent. We are excited for our future with Mr. Breault at the helm of our team, as he takes up the torch from retiring District Superintendent Steven Shafer and lights the way to our future.
