Students in the NFEC Building Trades program are officially laying the groundwork for this year’s modular home project. Each year, the program challenges students to take a project from concept to completion. As juniors, students design and vote on a floor plan, and then as seniors, they bring that vision to life by constructing the home from the ground up.
This hands-on project not only strengthens the skills of our students but also provides a unique opportunity for community members. The finished modular home will be available for purchase through a bidding process.
If you are interested in placing a bid or learning more about the project, contact eashlaw@fehb.org for more details.
This project reflects the dedication, hard work, and pride of our students and staff, bringing learning to life while building something that will become a lasting part of our community.
