Adirondack Educational Center 10th grade students recently created place mats for the Community Supper in Saranac Lake.

Colorful, graphic placemats with positive statements, such as "Spring Welcome" on this one, were created for Saranac Lake's Community Supper.

The Community Supper is open to all, and primarily serves a large population of disadvantaged members of the community, some of whom are homeless or unable to afford enough food.

Students twisted colorful fabric to create toys for shelter animals.

The students also made ribbon pet toys for the dogs & cats awaiting adoption at the Tri-Lakes SPCA in Saranac Lake.
Both organizations were extremely grateful that the students were willing to help support those in need within our tri-lakes communities!

"You Matter."
