Assessment of Teaching Skills- Performance (ATS-P)	Permanent	candidate submits a 30-minute video demonstrating teaching in the area to be certified	P	After 2+ years of teaching experience. Prov. Candidates should submit no later than 6 months before expiration.
Bilingual Education Assessment (BEA)	Bilingual Education extensions	multiple choice audio reading & writing in area of target language (ELPA & TLPA)	220 or higher	Can be taken anytime when fluency is achieved
NYS Assessment of Teaching Assistant Skills (NYSATAS)	All TA certifications after 2/4/04 Satisfies NCLB	Reading Writing Math Instructional Support
