Adirondack Educational Center Child Development Program

This course will provide the student with a knowledge base and practical experience in child development for application to his/her present role as a family member, a future parent and particularly in a career.  The student will explore how to help all children - prenatal through school-age - establish optimal physical, emotional, social and cognitive foundations. 

Child Development students can apply to receive credit at the following institutions:

Canton Tech - 3 credits
Herkimer County Community College - 3-6 credits

Hudson Valley Community College - 3-4 credits
SUNY Cobbleskill - 3-4 credits
